How do I start a custom grillz order?

If you already have an idea in mind — great. If not, you can use our Grillz Inspiration Guide to help define your vision. Once you're ready, get in touch and we’ll walk you through the custom process.

We can send you an at-home impression kit, or book an in-person molding session if you're local. Once your mold is complete, we’ll begin crafting your piece from scratch.

Can I request a specific design for a pendant?

If you already have a concept in mind — perfect. If not, you can explore our Pendant Inspiration Guide to spark ideas and shape your vision. Once you're ready, reach out and we’ll guide you through the custom process from start to finish.

What materials do you use?

We work with 925 sterling silver, solid gold, moissanite, and diamonds. No shortcuts — only real materials.

How long does it take to complete a piece?

All of our pieces are custom-made, so production time depends on the item and design complexity:

  • Grillz: Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on your design, stonework, and impression turnaround.
  • Pendants: Usually 4–6 weeks, based on the size and level of detail.
  • Chains: Generally 1–5 weeks, depending on the length, thickness, and custom features.

We always aim to deliver sooner when possible — but premium craftsmanship takes time and we’ll contact you directly if your timeline shifts.
