How do I start a custom grillz order?

You don’t need a finished design to get started.

The first step is submitting an Enquiry Form, which helps us understand your vision, preferences, and budget. From there, we’ll guide you on what’s possible and whether your piece is best suited to a mail-in kit or an in-person impression (Perth / Boorloo only).

Approved enquiries receive next steps tailored to your order - either an at-home impression kit or a private booking link for an in-person appointment (Perth / Boorloo only). Availability is limited.

Can I request a specific design?

Yes. You’re welcome to come with a clear idea or just a starting point. We’ll guide you through design options and refine the details with you before production begins.

What materials do you use?

We work with 925 sterling silver, solid gold, and a curated selection of premium stones. No shortcuts, only quality materials built to last.

What is the typical turnaround time?

All pieces are custom-made, so timing depends on the design and complexity.

• Pendants: usually 6–8 weeks
• Chains: around 2–5 weeks
