At Drip Daddy, every set of grillz is custom made specifically for you.

Because each order is personalised, our Returns & Refund Policy differs from that of standard retail products. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your grillz have a major fault or do not meet the consumer guarantees provided by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

Because every set of grillz is custom made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind decisions once production has begun.

Please ensure you're happy with your order before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins.

Production does not begin until your impressions have been approved.

If your impressions are not suitable, we'll contact you before production begins and explain the next steps.

Once production has commenced, changes and cancellations generally cannot be accommodated.

Problems With Your Order

If you believe there's an issue with your grillz, or you've received an item that differs from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue before determining the most appropriate solution.

We'll review each situation individually and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Existing Dental Work

If you have veneers, crowns or other dental restorations, we recommend discussing your suitability for grillz with your dentist before ordering.

While many customers with existing dental work wear grillz without issue, Drip Daddy cannot accept responsibility for damage to pre-existing dental restorations.
