Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the nature of your order.
  • If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We maintain photographic records of packed items as proof of order contents.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with tracking.

Delivery Time:

  • Same state (e.g. WA to WA): 1–2 business days
  • Interstate metro areas (e.g. WA to VIC): 2–4 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: Additional time may apply
    Delivery estimates apply after your order has been processed.
  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. Any costs associated with incorrect details or redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance

  • Domestic shipping offers options with or without insurance:
    • Uninsured Orders: Covered up to $100 by Australia Post in case of loss.
    • Insurance: Add $2.50 per $100 of value for enhanced protection. Fully insured shipments ensure compensation for lost items.
  • Grillz shipping requires express delivery with signature confirmation and insurance. Orders exceeding $1400 require additional insurance to cover the full value.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must handle return shipping for replacement molds.
  • If parcels are returned due to non-pickup, reshipping will require additional charges.

Shipping Time Frames

  • Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing times.
  • Once handed to the shipping provider, we are not liable for delays. Refunds or reshipments are not offered for returned parcels.
