At Drip Daddy, we’re reimagining what it means to accessorize. Based in Perth / Boorloo, Australia, we specialize in one-of-a-kind grillz, chains, and pendants made to express individuality, not conformity.

Drip Daddy was founded by a passionate metal fabricator with a deep love for craftsmanship. After overcoming a life-changing medical event, this brand was born out of resilience and creativity - built to empower others through bold, custom pieces that reflect self-expression and strength.

What are grillz?

Grillz are luxury dental accessories worn over your teeth, often crafted from precious metals like sterling silver or gold. Each piece is custom-designed with stones, unique shapes, or personal touches. They’re bold, removable statement pieces designed to elevate your smile and express your style, without any permanent changes.

Do you have a physical location?

We don’t have a public storefront, but we offer private fittings at our home studio in Perth / Boorloo, located approximately 15km north of the Perth CBD, as well as occasional pop-ups and mobile appointments.

All at-home impression kits include a Grillz Form. If you’ve misplaced yours, you can download a new copy here.

ORDERING & DESIGN

What is the process for custom orders?

Here’s how the custom experience works at Drip Daddy:

  1. Submit an Enquiry Form with your idea or inspo so we can review your design and provide an estimated price range.
  2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps:
    Grillz: We’ll confirm if your design is eligible for a mail-in kit or arrange an in-person impression appointment at our Perth / Boorloo studio (approximately 15km north of the Perth CBD).
    Pendants & Chains: We’ll finalise design details and materials before crafting begins.
  3. For in-person grillz appointments, you’ll receive a private booking link. A deposit is required to secure your spot and is fully credited to your final order.
  4. After your impression or final design is received, your piece enters production, crafted with premium materials and meticulous precision.
  5. Once complete, your custom piece is beautifully packaged and delivered to your door.

How do I book an in-person grillz appointment?

To book an in-person appointment, the first step is to submit an Enquiry Form. This helps us understand your idea - whether it’s a full concept or just a starting point - so we can confirm suitability and provide an estimated price range upfront.

Once your enquiry is approved, you’ll receive a private booking link to secure an in-person impression appointment at our Perth / Boorloo studio, approximately 15km north of the Perth CBD. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and is fully credited toward your final grillz order.

Please note: In-person appointments are only available after an approved enquiry, and availability is limited.

What is the typical turnaround time?

All of our pieces are custom-made, so production time depends on the item and design complexity:

  • Grillz: Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your design, stonework, and impression turnaround.
  • Pendants: Usually 6–8 weeks, based on the size and level of detail.
  • Chains: Generally 2–5 weeks, depending on the length, thickness, and custom features.

We’ll keep you updated at key stages of your order. If we need anything further from you, we’ll be in touch.

We always aim to deliver sooner when possible, but premium craftsmanship takes time.

Can I get an impression kit if I mess up my first one?

Yes! If your first impression doesn’t come out right, you can order a replacement kit. We’ll help guide you to get the perfect fit.

Can I customise the clasp on a chain?

Most chains with box-style clasps can be customised — including options like logo engraving, upgraded clasp designs, or different locking mechanisms. Customisation options depend on the chain style, so feel free to message us to see what’s possible for your order.

What materials do you use for your jewellery?

We work with 925 sterling silver, solid gold, and a curated selection of premium stones. No shortcuts, only quality materials built to last.

I’ve seen other grillz, pendants, and chains online for much cheaper. Why are your prices higher?

Many cheaper grillz, pendants, and chains you see online aren’t custom-made and use low-grade materials like brass, copper and stainless steel with thin plating.

Drip Daddy pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver or solid gold, paired with premium plating (where applicable) and high-quality stones for long-lasting shine and durability.

GRILLZ FIT & DENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

I have a missing tooth - can I still get grillz?

Yes, this can often be accommodated. Custom grillz can be designed to visually cover missing or broken teeth, depending on the surrounding tooth structure and how many teeth are involved.

Because every mouth is different, suitability is assessed case by case. Once you submit an enquiry, we’ll review your setup and advise on the best approach to achieve a secure fit and clean finish.

I have a retainer wire or bar - is that a problem?

Not at all. Fixed retainers and bonded wires are very common, and they’re something we account for during the custom process.

As long as your retainer is present in your impression, your grillz will be designed to fit comfortably around it without affecting the final look or fit.

I wear a removable retainer or night guard - is that an issue?

If you wear a removable retainer, Invisalign-style retainer, or night grinding guard, your teeth must be in a stable position at the time impressions are taken.

If you normally wear one, please ensure you’ve been wearing it consistently in the lead-up to your impressions. Teeth can shift subtly when retainers or guards are worn inconsistently, which may affect the fit of your grillz once completed.

Because grillz are crafted to the exact position of your teeth at the time of impression, any alignment changes after impressions are taken may impact fit. For this reason, fit issues caused by post-impression tooth movement are not considered a manufacturing fault.

If you’re unsure whether your retainer or night guard may affect your order, please mention it in your enquiry so we can advise before proceeding.

I have veneers, crowns, or dental work - can I still get grillz?

Yes - however, grillz are worn over your teeth and any existing dental work, including veneers, crowns, bonding, implants, or orthodontic appliances.

These types of dental work can be more sensitive to pressure. Wearing grillz may increase the risk of loosening, damage, or debonding.

We strongly recommend consulting your dentist before ordering if you have veneers or other restorations.

Drip Daddy is not responsible for any damage to existing dental work. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

My grillz don’t fit perfectly - what should I do?

It’s normal for grillz to feel slightly off on the first try. Small variations in impressions or teeth can affect the initial fit.

Please refer to our Fitment & Adjustment Guide - in most cases, a few minor tweaks are all that’s needed to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and American Express.

Do you offer payment plans?

Drip Daddy offers Afterpay as a payment option, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free installments.

SHIPPING

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped complimentary via Australia Post Express and include full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Where are orders shipped from?

All items ship directly from our office in Perth / Boorloo, Australia.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. We'll keep you updated on your order's status, including when it’s on the way. You’ll also be able to track your package with your chosen shipping partner.

How long does shipping take?

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking details provided.

CARE & USAGE

Can I eat, drink or smoke with my grillz?

For best longevity and hygiene, we recommend removing your grillz before eating, drinking, or smoking.

How long does the plating last?

We use premium, thick gold plating - not lightweight flash plating, to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish across all pieces.

Plating longevity depends on wear and care, and will naturally vary based on how the piece is worn:

  • Grillz are in direct contact with the mouth, so exposure to saliva, food, smoking, and friction will affect plating over time. For best longevity and hygiene, grillz should be removed before eating, smoking, or sleeping.
  • Chains and pendants are designed for day-to-day wear. However, frequent exposure to sweat, chemicals, friction, and smoke may accelerate wear over time.

Proper care and storage will help preserve the finish of your piece.

How do I clean my jewellery?

We recommend using a soft cloth to gently wipe your jewellery to remove dust and keep it polished. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

How do I store my jewellery?

To store your jewellery properly and keep it in good condition, follow these tips:

  1. Use a Jewellery Box: Store pieces in a jewellery box with compartments to prevent scratching and tangling.
  2. Separate Pieces: Keep different types of jewellery (e.g., earrings, necklaces, rings) in separate compartments or pouches to avoid damage.
  3. Avoid Humidity: Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing. A silica gel pack can help absorb moisture.
  4. Wrap Delicate Items: For delicate pieces, wrap them in a soft cloth or tissue paper before placing them in storage.
  5. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration.
