All new custom grillz enquiries will be reviewed and responded to from early 2026.

In 2026 only certain designs will be eligible for mail-in impression kits.

All other projects will require an in-person dental impression appointment in Perth.

Share your idea, inspo, or concept through our Enquiry Form. You don’t need a final design — just tell us your vision and preferences. We’ll review your concept, confirm eligibility, and provide an estimated price range.

2. Eligibility & Next Steps
Once approved, we’ll confirm whether your design is suitable for a mail-in impression kit or requires an in-person impression appointment (Perth / Boorloo only).

3. In-Person Appointments (Perth / Boorloo)
If an in-person fitting is required, you’ll receive a private booking link to secure your appointment. A deposit is required and is fully credited toward your final grillz order.

4. Production Begins
Once we receive your impression or approved final design, your custom piece enters production - crafted with premium materials and meticulous precision.

5. Delivery
After completion, your custom grillz are shipped directly to you.

THE GRILLZ PROCESS

Start by sharing your idea through our Grillz Enquiry Form.

You don’t need a final design - inspiration images, concepts, tooth count, and material preferences are more than enough.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally to assess design complexity, fit requirements, and suitability before moving forward.

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your design is achievable and provide a price estimate or range based on tooth count, materials, stones, enamel work, and overall complexity.

This step ensures clarity before impressions or bookings are arranged.

After reviewing your enquiry, we’ll determine the most suitable impression method based on your design, tooth count, and fit requirements.

You’ll be approved for one of the following:

In-Person Impression (Perth / Boorloo)

For most designs, impressions are taken professionally during a private appointment. This method is required for complex, multi-tooth, iced, or highly detailed custom work to ensure the most accurate fit.

Mail-In Impression Kit (Approved Designs Only)

For select designs that meet specific criteria, an at-home impression kit may be approved. If eligible, a kit will be mailed to you with clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure accuracy.

Impression method eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed after your enquiry is reviewed.

Once impressions are received and the design is approved, your custom grillz enter production.

Each piece is crafted using premium materials, with close attention to fit, structure, stone setting, enamel work, and finish.

This stage prioritises precision over speed.

Your grillz are completed and prepared for collection or secure shipping.

In-person fittings may be arranged where required to ensure comfort and accuracy before final handover.

Once approved, it’s ready to wear.
